clubpho Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the clubpho website accessible at clubpho.net, including all subpages, features, games, and services available thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member to access the Platform's services.
• "Games" means all gaming and wagering products available on the Platform, including but not limited to slots, live casino, bingo, keno, and sports betting.
• "Funds" means any Philippine Peso (₱) balance held within a Member's clubpho account wallet, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or incentive amounts credited to a Member's account pursuant to a promotion, and subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by clubpho before processing withdrawals or as otherwise determined by the Company.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms apply to all versions of the Platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application made available by clubpho. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

To register and maintain an account on clubpho, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming law applicable to casino-style wagering activities.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from clubpho or had an account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• The funds you deposit are not derived from illegal or fraudulent activity.

Each Member may hold only one (1) registered account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. clubpho reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification at any time. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication devices. clubpho will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login details.

You must notify clubpho's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update that information promptly if it changes.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Not allow any other person to access or use the Platform through your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Ensure that no person under the age of 21 can access the Platform through your account or device.

clubpho reserves the right to close or suspend any account that it reasonably believes has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is being accessed by an unauthorised person, without prior notice.

clubpho supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based Members: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). clubpho does not accept payment methods registered in the name of a third party — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered to the account holder.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the Member's account cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your clubpho wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. clubpho is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems or Philippine banking infrastructure.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• Any active Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements must be forfeited or fulfilled before a withdrawal of the associated real-money balance is permitted, as set out in Section 6.
• clubpho reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding internally determined thresholds.
• Withdrawal processing times are subject to the payment provider's timelines. clubpho will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests as quickly as reasonably possible.

clubpho does not charge Members a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which clubpho bears no responsibility.

clubpho offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the point of offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. clubpho reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and real money are held in separate balances. Real money is wagered first unless the specific promotion terms provide otherwise.
• Only one promotional offer may be active per Member account at any one time, unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• clubpho reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error will be void and any associated winnings forfeited.

All Games available on the clubpho Platform are operated in accordance with the rules applicable to each individual game, which are accessible within the game interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

clubpho's slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG), ensuring statistically fair and unpredictable results. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers whose dealing and game procedures are independently monitored. clubpho does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or game error that interrupts a round before completion, the following rules apply:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error on clubpho's end, the wager for that round will be returned to the Member's wallet.
• If results have been generated and transmitted successfully to the Member's device prior to any disconnect, those results stand as final.
• clubpho's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round, made in good faith based on server-side logs, shall be final and binding.

Bets placed in error by the Member — including incorrect selection of stake amount, game variant, or market — cannot be voided or reversed once the game round has commenced.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the clubpho Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using the Platform to process proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or other location-masking technology.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to clubpho at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Exploiting a known or suspected software error, glitch, or vulnerability rather than reporting it to clubpho's support team.

All content on the clubpho Platform — including but not limited to the clubpho name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, website design, text, images, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of clubpho or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from clubpho.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any clubpho trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Frame, scrape, or data-mine any portion of the Platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of clubpho's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the Member's licence to use the Platform and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, clubpho, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of winnings, data, goodwill, or profits, whether or not such loss was foreseeable or clubpho had been advised of its possibility.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Game due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond clubpho's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government action.
• The actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or network operators.

clubpho makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Members access and use the Platform at their own risk.

clubpho is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Members. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Members maintain control over their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount a Member may deposit.
• Session time reminders — notifications alerting Members when they have been logged in and gaming for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account restrictions of a defined duration, activated at the Member's request.
• Self-exclusion — voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a defined period or indefinitely, which takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed within the nominated period.

Any Member who believes they may have a problem with gambling is encouraged to use these tools immediately and to seek assistance from relevant support services. clubpho's Responsible Gaming tools are accessible directly from within your account settings at any time, without needing to contact support first.

clubpho reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time upon request.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Regulatory direction or court order requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, clubpho reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any Funds remaining in the account. Where an account is closed at the Member's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not exempt a Member from obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the date of closure.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and clubpho, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] and allow clubpho a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. For disputes relating to game outcomes, clubpho's server-side logs constitute the primary source of record and clubpho's determination based on those logs shall be final, absent demonstrable error.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this Section shall restrict clubpho's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

clubpho reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, clubpho will provide notice to Members through one or more of the following channels: a notification upon next login, an announcement on the Platform, or an email to the address registered on the Member's account.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
